Thank you for supporting my small handmade business! I'm committed to providing you with high-quality, carefully made items. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. Please read our refund policy below.

Returns are possible on a case-by-case basis:

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a refund and discuss the issue.

Condition of Returns: For any return request, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

Not all requests will be approved

How to Request a Return:

To initiate a return request, please contact me at mariah.fied@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, photos of the item (if applicable), and a description of the reason for the return.

Refunds:

If a return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping.

Once we receive the returned item (if applicable/approved), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds may take additional time depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item)
